Clever Intelligent Smart Stupid People

There are intelligent people;
there are clever people;
there are smart people;
there are also stupid people.
Who or what are they ?

Some people think and conceptualise the sugar refining plant;
some people build and operate the plant;
some people buy the brown sugar
at a lower price than the refined sugar
and sell it at higher price than the refined sugar.

Some people think and design the flour mill;
some people build the machinery and mill the flour;
some people buy the full grain flour
cheaper than the fully refined flour,
and sell it at a higher price than the fully refined flour.

Some people research and find new ways
to obtain better crops in a shorter time;
some people till the earth and produce them in quantities;
some people corners the market and make more profit.

Some people visualise the structures of boats and nets;
some people build the boats, make the nets and catch the fish;
some people buy the fish
and distribute the fish to fishmongers, quick and easy.

There are fishmongers who try to sell the fish at a high price;
when the fish are not sold as the day wears on
they lower the price else the fish turns bad and wastes.
There are others who buy the fish very cheap
only to find them not so fresh.
Never mind, cook the fish in curry, or fry them to a crisp, to be sold anyway.
And there are customers who have these for lunch.

Some people compose music and choreograph entertainment;
some people perform the dances, songs and the music;
some people enjoy the performance.

Now where do the clever intelligent and smart people fit here,
what or who are they ?
And where are the stupid or silly people ?
